We are going to update a little on yesterday's activities. We had a good day at the Center with camp and then we came back to the church to relax and prepare for the next day. We also got the opportunity to go to Winterset's town square and wander around down there. They have an old fashioned soda fountain in the local drugstore. We went to get malts, old fashioned cherry cokes and we all tried a new drink called the Green River. We think Josh was the only one that drank the whole thing. He actually got a second glass. But it was a fun introduction to the town.
After that, we went to "Studio 316", which is the church youth group's Wednesday night meeting. We had a time of praise and worship and then Nikki led the Bible study. As usual she did a great job. After church we came back to the church and finished preparations for the next day and just having some fun hanging out together.
So now we are preparing for our last day at the Center. It is a bittersweet time as we are all very tired and ready to come home, but also we all have grown attached to these kids. The group that was supposed to come next week canceled on Wednesday, so we are the kids last week of camp. It was so sad and some of us wanted to stay an extra week to do camp next week. But then we remembered how exhausted we all are and we decided it was not the best plan.
Tomorrow we are presenting the gospel. Obviously we are not going in too deep with the younger ones, but the 4th-12th graders are all going to hear the Gospel story tomorrow morning. We will be sharing with the 4th-6th graders at 10:30am and with the 7th-12th graders at 11:00am. If you are at a point to do so, please pray for us and the kids listening at those times. We really believe that God has been working in these kids and are praying to see some of them come to know Christ.
Tonight we did get to have a little fun. We went out to a center for at risk kids and were able to canoe, kayak, swim and play on this huge water slide. It was great to be able to relax and have some mindless fun.
We will be leaving shortly after we finish camp tomorrow at around 12:30. We are heading to Kingdom City, MO, which is just past Columbia, MO. Then we will drive the rest of the way on Saturday and be home to see you all!

Hi Sarah
Hi Bob
Hi Everyone,
Keep up the good work. Press forward. I think you have satan on the run. I will set my cell phone alarm and try to pray for the hour you will be presenting the Gospel tomorrow.
What you are doing has eternal significance to those whom you share the Gospel and the Love of Christ with this week. You are all being faithful to Gods call to "go forth" and "make disciples". I cannot help but believe He is pleased.
I am praying for you, on the journey...
Tim
We are certainly proud and excited to continue to hear of all the good work you are doing. And realizing that it is work that makes a big difference in eternity is exciting to hear. You are really great examples of servants of Christ and your life is a challenge for all the members of MBC! Thanks for your willingness. We have been praying and will be praying tomorrow for the gospel presentation and for the journey home. Nathan, as always, we are praying for you and really proud of you! Jim and Tarcella, we have been praying specifically for you.

Hello Everyone,
It sounds like you've had a very rewarding week. I am sure looking back you must feel you have been blessed just as much as the blessing you have been to the kids at the center this week.
I am glad I read the comments before I began to blog. It was a great idea Tim had to set his phone alarm. I am going to do the same. I know God will hear our prayers and answer them.
We have missed you all so much! It seems as though you've been gone forever. Logan, I sure will be glad to see you. I can't tell you how proud Dad and I are of you for committing to the trip and doing your best in sharing the gifts God has given you.
Lee-Anna, I hope it has been a rewarding week for you as well. I'm continuing to pray for you as you close out your day tomorrow. Your dad was in the office today when he came to pick up Kaitlyn. I think he is really looking forward to having his girls back home.
Justin, Eddie has been praying for you each day as well. We know you have all worked very hard this week.
Bob, we will be praying for you tomorrow as you begin the drive back home.
Nikki, I hope this week has been all you had hoped for and more. God bless you as you prepare the leave tomorrow.
God bless you all!
Terry & Eddie
Welcome home everyone.
You have truly done a worthy mission work. I thank God for each of you and for the sacrifices you made to share the Gospel this week in Iowa.
Some of you may even feel God's call as a full time missionary as a result of this experience.
I know the church will be encouraged as you report on the work done and the friendships formed and deepened this week.
May God bless each of you as you continue to follow His direction in your life.
Tim
